Indigenous artist, Anong Beam, has created a line of eco-friendly paints with lightfast pigments, tree sap, gum arabic, and Manitoulin honey, blended together to create a handmade saturated colour that are a joy to paint with. From thick stripes to fine washes, quality is evident in every stroke. Watercolours are shaped into paintstones, a version of a half-pan, packaged in slices of cedar, before being wrapped in beeswaxed canvas.
